Tender Details

1. Non-government organizations may operate subsidiary businesses within the scope of public construction in accordance with Article 13 of the Participation Promotion Law. In addition, according to Article 34 of the Implementation Rules of the Participation Promotion Law, subsidiary businesses refer to non-governmental organizations that handle public construction and other activities on the land required for public construction.
