Prequalifications are invited for Borehole Drilling and Installation ( e.g. Hand Pumps and Solar Pumps.


A maximum of three (3) items can be applied for by one supplier or service provider The following mandatory documents shall be affixed to the prequalification application document for further consideration by Good Neighbors:
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Original and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by MRA
3. Company profile
4. Product profile
5. Business / Trade References - minimum of three (3)

Note: Those with audited accounts will be added advantage,
All service providers or suppliers who were previously or are currently providing services or suppliers to Good Neighbors MUST also re-register as they will not be automatically included in the data.

Duly completed Pre-qualification documents in sealed envelopes MUST indicate the Category No. and Item Description and be clearly marked "Pre-qualification of suppliers -2019/2020" and should be deposited in the Pre-qualification Box at Good Neighbors Head Office, Off-Mchinji Road.
