Tenders are invited for Bolkow BO-105 Helicopters (Registration No 5N-EPA)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7;
(b) Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31 December, 2019;
(c) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2019;
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2019;
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2019;
(f) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Transmission Company of Nigeria or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; (g) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years-2016, 2017, 2018;
(h) Bank Statement for the last one (1) year and any other evidence of source of funds;
(i) Company’s Profile showing Organisational Structure and the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff;
(j) Statement on Purpose of Acquisition with support documents if any; (k) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm

4.0 SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Prospective bidders are to submit technical and financial bids for each of the listed item to be purchased separately and packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “TECHNICAL BID FOR LOT., “and “FINANCIAL BIDS FOR LOT.

Evidence of source of Funding to purchase the item (s) should be provided and only original and a copy of the Bid document is to be submitted.

The name and mailing address of the bidder must be clearly written on the envelope(s). Tenders shall be submitted to the address below to reach him NOT later than 12:00noon 21 November, 2019.

5.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon 21 November 2019 at the TCN Auditorium, Power House Zambezi Crescent Maitama, Abuja in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

(a) Please note that selection of preferred Bidder would be strictly based upon ‘Highest Bidder’
(b) Please ensure that you sign the submission register in the office stated above as TCN will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted documents,
(c) Only pre-qualified bidders will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening;
(d) Document submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned unopened.
