Description : Please Note That The Office Of The Director-General (Odg), And Administrative Office Within The Major Tranpsort Infrastructure Authority (Mtia), Have Released A Request For Proposal (Rfp) On Vendorpanel For Big Build Website Development And Support (Bigbuild.Vic.Gov.Au).The Scope Of This Procurement Is To Provide Website Development And Support Services For The Existing Victoria`S Big Build Website (Bigbuild.Vic.Gov.Au). The Website Also Has Third Party Subsites That Need To Remain Integrated Into The Main Site, Including Big Build Jobs (Jobs.Bigbuild.Gov.Au) And A Future Online Engagement Tool.Major Development To The Victoria`S Big Build Website Are Planned To Begin By The End Of 2019. This Will Involve A Complete Restructure Of The Website`S Information Architecture To Cater For The Consolidation Of Six Other Project Websites That Include Level Crossing Removal Project, Metro Tunnel, West Gate Tunnel, North East Link, Major Road Projects Victoria And Regional Rail Revival. It Will Also Include:Development Of A Suite Of New Page Templates And Modulesadvanced Search Of Projects, Project Information And Disruptionre-Development Of The Disruptions Map Tool, Integrating With An External Apiintegration With An Online Engagement Toolintegration With An Edm And/Or Crmrebranding Of All Website Assets And Components.The Design And Functional Specifications Are Currently Being Undertaken By Another Provider And Are Due To Be Completed In December.
