the behavioural insights and innovation rfq (rfq18-bi01) was originally issued on bc bid on july 28th, 2017. the bc public service agency intends to provide additional opportunities for new responses to be considered for inclusion on the list of qualified suppliers following the initial intake process.

the purpose of this request for qualifications (rfq) is to qualify consultants experienced in the following service areas:

. behavioural scientists - conducts literature reviews, designs and tests solutions to policy problems using insights from behavioural science and experimental methodology, evaluates quantitative and qualitative data using statistical analyses, and provides knowledge translation for various audiences;

. advisors - manages projects, gathers and synthesizes qualitative and user design data, designs and tests solutions to policy problems using insights from behavioural science and experimental methodology, drafts briefing material and other reports and project artefacts as required.
