The HSE work is characterized by systematic and long-term work where the goal is to improve the working environment, strengthen the presence of work, prevent and reduce injuries and sickness absence and prevent exclusion and dropout.is the working life. Leaders have overall responsibility and will facilitate good party collaboration and wide participation in the work environment work. The most important HSE work is done locally in the businesses, at each workplace. Our occupational health service will be an important partnerin this work.
