7.Contract descriptionThis involves mobilising a pool of long-term expertise in Madagascar for the implementation of a new project to support the national strategy in improving the business environment and the investment climate. In particular this is aimed at strengthening the institutional, organisational and technical capacities of the entities involved in public-private dialogue, and monitoring the reforms required to strengthen the economic attractiveness of the country.

Technical assistance will also support efforts to promote the formalisation of companies with significant social and environmental impact.
