Acquisition title: A survey of the current state of transport and logistics in the Barents Region, etc.
Acquisition description: The Kainuu Association is the main partner in the Kolartic CBC-funded project KO1029 Barents Region Transport and Logistics. More information about the project: https://www.kainuunliitto.fi/brtlThis invitation to tenderThis rule covers the "Transport and Logistics" section of the project, which asks the study of the relationship between the Barents region and the global transport and logistics market and possible future prospects from a regional point of view.measures: 1) A description of the current state between Barents and the global transport and logistics market.a. Quantities and description of flows of goods, freight and tourism into and out of the area for all modes of transport, as well as for destination and transit traffic. Note in the descriptionn Potential side-streams and distinguish between national and cross-border flows.b. Identification of restrictions on the movement of freight flows to and from the area.c. The consultant is ready to present the progress of the work in its implementation phase according to a clearly defined scheduletime (meetings can be done remotely) and in a project steering group (1 time) and to conduct a workshop for project partners. The consultant is ready to present the report and the results at a project seminar in the spring of 2020 at a separately agreed time. The report`s current status section must be completed 31.03.2020 and full settlement by 15.05.2020.
