The department of education (doe) is calling for submissions for the classroom and ola refurbishment at banksia beach state school, located at 133 sunderland drive, banksia beach qld 4507 as part of the school infrastructure enhancement program (siep).
The project entails the installation of new operable walls to blocks a, b, c, d, e and f and associated structural supports as well as the refurbishment of the existing outdoor learning area to the library. All works are to be completed by end november 2018.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium valid qbcc builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
