General Procurement Notice for Banking Services.

Under the terms and conditions of the relevant “Agreement” and the availability of funds, the Government of Senegal acting through l’Unité de Formulation de Cordination du Second Programme MCA-Senegal (UFC MCA-Senegal), intends to use a portion of the funds of the above mentioned “Agreement” to finance the contracts for procurement of Goods, Works and Services.

Procurement from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019

Contracts for Goods, Works and Services funded under the Agreement, will be performed in accordance with principles, rules and procedures set forth in the “MCC Program Procurement Guidelines-PPG” which can be found on MCC Website and that of UFC MCA-Senegal https://www.mcc.gov/resources/doc/program-procurement-guidelines

Procurements are open to all bidders of eligible countries as defined in MCC PPG.

Specific procurement notifications under open bids et for consultant contracts, will be published, gradually according to their availability, on UFC MCA-Senegal website, (www.ufc-mcasn.com), United Nations Development Business website : http://www.devbusiness.com/), DgMarkert website « Development Gateway Market » (dgMarket: http://www.dgmarket.com/), in local newspapers and other media, if applicable.
