In view of the two (2) failed biddings, The University of the Philippines Manila through its Bids and Awards Committee I (BAC 1), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

In accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

The University of the Philippines Manila, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2019, intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY(a‚+/-938, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHEMICALS & REAGENTS WITH USE OF MACHINE (COMMON REAGENTS) - FOR 2019 (NEGO 53.1) UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA - PGH

Bid Documents will be made available only to eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount to be determined upon issuance to the UP PGH Cashier's Office.

UP Manila PGH assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.

The University of the Philippines Manila reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality of defects therein, or to accept such as may be considered most advantageous to UP Manila.
