Description: The subject of the award procedure is to ensure the emergency medical service in the Münster city area in day and night services including weekend and holiday services by the appropriate hospital operators and their local facilities in accordance with. Section 11 (2) no. 2 RettG NRW provided a qualified emergency medical staffing of a total of 2 NEFs by means of temporary employment on the basis of public law contracts (Annex: agreement of the emergency medical service). The emergency medical services agreements cover a total of 1, 248 services per year (312 per partial lot). A further 216 services per year ensure that the emergency medical service is provided by the city of Münster as the provider of the emergency services with its own resources (see annex to the service description and annexes).
