this requirement is for supply of aviation fuel (jet a-1 with fuel system icing inhibitor (fsii)). the fuel must be delivered to plane (hot refueling) at pat bay airport, victoria (bc), as detailed at annex a. the delivery must be done as and when requested by the identified user, during the period of december 1, 2018 up to and including november 30, 2020.
