Tender Details

Vaermdoe Municipality has a need to modernize meeting rooms where committee meetings, municipal council and municipal board meetings are held.

The equipment must also enable alternative forms of meeting such as so-called hybrid meetings, which are becoming more and more common and are part of new established working methods.

Our approaching with this procurement is to simplify and clarify the use in a reliable and robust environment to ensure both internal meetings and meetings in the democratic process.

The procurement includes eight (8) of the municipality's meeting rooms in the municipal building in Gustavsberg.l must be equipped with a suitable solution to reduce

AV technical problems in relation to applications such as MS teams, Lifesize, Google meet or similar software solutions that may occur in connection with these meetings
