Prequalifications are invited for Automation of Proda Library
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of technical bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Acting Director General/CEO, Projects Development Institute, PRODA Headquarters, Emene Industrial Layout, Emene, Enugu State, clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot number. Furthemore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 31 May, 2021.
The EOI and the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submissions at 12:00 noon on Monday 31 May, 2021 for respectively the PRODA Auditorium,
