Name of Procurement: Auditing Services of the Municipality of Pyhjoki for the financial years 2019-2022
Description of the Procurement: Description of the Acquisition Object and the Content of the OfferThis call for tenders refers primarily to the provisions of Chapter 14 (Section 122, 123) of the Act on Public Administration and Financeauditing (JHTT audit) in the municipality of Pyhjoki in accordance with JHTT's recommendation on good audit practice in public administration and the Act on Chapter 4, Section 3 of the Auditing Act on good accounting practices. The objective of the audit ser- vice is to secure the kuna(2019-2022). The bid is also requested from Pyhjokisuun Vesi Oy, a subsidiary of the local corporation, Kiinteis-t Oy Hourunkoski, the Pyhjoki Industry. The company is also responsible for the implementation of statutory auditing obligations.In addition, the offer / prices are requested for other audit services, such as: - the duties of the Audit Board • the expert work of the auditor in the Audit Board • the audit- other audit services such as financial audits required by fundraising projects or project sponsors, - training or other expert services. We will offer an offer for auditing services from the Municipality of Pyhjoki and the above-mentioned Group companies.as follows: 1. Statutory audit services according to the Act on Local Government The evaluator evaluates the work of the municipality as 8 audit days / year for the work of the responsible auditor. As regards the audit of group entities, the scope of the audit is estimated to be 4 days (PyhjokisuunVesi Oy 2 days, Kiinteist Oy Hourunkoski 0.75 days and Pyhjoen Teolli Suusyhti Oy 0.5 yrs, Pyhjoki Data Oy 0.5 yrs and Hanhikivi Electricity Oy 0.25 days.) Check date is 7 h 30 min. The offer must be accompanied by a description of the audit work plan.2. Auditor's expert work and guidance tarat the Board of Trustees The auditor should participate as part of the mandate at the Audit Board meetings as required by the law. The number of meetings of the Board of Supervisors is estimated at 5 meetings / financial year. The Board of Examiners requires secretarial duties to be carried out in the biddesignated left-wing JHTT inspector. Secretarial tasks include keeping the minutes and convening a meeting invitation, as well as inviting experts to attend meetings and working with the audit committee together with the evaluation report.3.
