Conducting an audit of projects support for the extension and consolidation of the CMR 1146 and CMR 1178 obstetric package for the 2016 and 2017 fiscal years

1. The Ministry of Health has received funding under AFD funding (CMR 1146) to finance the project to support the extension and consolidation of the "obstetric package" scheme, and to use part of these funds to make payments under the service contract (intellectual services) for conducting an audit of projects supporting the extension and consolidation of the obstetric package CMR 1146 and CMR 1178 for the 2016 and 2017 fiscal years.

2. The services include: i) assessment of the quality of tenders launched by the projects based on the national regulations and procedures of the AFD; (ii) verification of the application of the AML / CFT procedures (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism); iii) verification of the performance of the commitments and commitments made to AFD with regard to Social and Environmental Responsibility, as provided for in the financing agreement; (iv) audit of the expenditure and supporting documents with regard to the financing agreement; v) verification of the corrective measures taken following the recommendations of the 2015 audit mission.

3.
