Tenders are invited for Audit of the Financial Statements of the Solar Energy for Rural Development Project

Interested consultants can obtain additional information at the address mentioned below during the following office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Malian Agency for the Development of Domestic Energy and Rural Electrification (AMADER) invites eligible Consultants to submit their candidacy in order to provide the services defined above. Interested consultants must produce information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.).

Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered a minimum requirement for the assignment:

Be an independent Audit and Expertise Firm, regularly registered in the Table of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of Mali and making the usual profession of auditing the accounts
Have confirmed experience in financial audit of development projects financed by the IDB for the past 5 years
Have specific experience in auditing projects with donor funding
Consultants can apply in the form of an association, validated by an agreement between the partners of the association, clearly indicating the type of association, i.e. a group of consultants, an intermediate form of association or intention to subcontract.

The selection will be made in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants in the context of projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank (2019 edition), available on the Bank`s website at www. isdb.org.

Interested consultants can obtain additional information at the address mentioned below during the following office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

A Consultant will be selected according to the Least Cost Selection (SMC) method as described in the Consultant Guidelines.

Expressions of interest must be submitted to the address mentioned below no later than February 26, 2020.
