Tenders are invited for Audience toilet and operating warehouse for cafe at Gressholmen

Short description : The purpose of the acquisition is to replace today`s outdoor solution with a modern toilet building with an exterior epic style similar to Gressholmen inn and the other buildings on the island. The building will be established at the back of the main house, and will also house a warehouse. Gressholmen Inn has undergone a modernization in 2016 - 2017r The standard of the main building was raised with a new modern production kitchen, renovation of all rooms, inlet water, a new electricity system and a larger cable cross-section from the substation. The toilet and warehouse building project is the last part of the modernization project.
