Description : Description / request the specifications and specifications of the contract against payment of the copy of the application on the request of the applicant and the submission of bids within two envelopes, one technician accompanied by temporary insurance and the other financial by no later than 10 noon on the day to open the technical envelopes for tenders in the General Directorate of contracts and procurement in the fourth floor at the address above
Conditions : Conditions / Provide a copy of the tax card and commercial register and a certificate in the tax. / Provide with the tender an official copy of the contract of incorporation of the company and its basic systems and when submitting a bid from a commercial establishment for more than one person must be accompanied by an official copy of the participation contract.
Notes : The bids shall be valid for three months from the date of opening the technical envelopes. These tenders shall be subject to the provisions of Law No. 89 of 1998 regarding tenders and tenders and its executive regulations and any changes thereto.
