Request for proposals are invited for Assistance to the Client&PIU with the Project Implementation, including Procurement and Supervision Services, Esap Implementation and Loan Reporting
The overall objective of the Assignment is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project and achieve the required Project-s performance and outcomes by providing professional and proactive assistance to the Client. The Consultant shall perform the following main tasks:
1 Assistance with the PIU organizational matters
2 Assistance with Procurement, Tendering and Contract implementation
3 Assistance with Compliance & Reporting Obligations under the Financing Documents
4 Environmental and Social Implementation Support
5 Activities related to Energy Efficiency in Buildings projects
The assignment is expected to start in Q1 2023 and have duration of 52 months.
