Assignment Title: 1264358 - Assessment Solar PV systems on the public schools in Palestine

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
Massader ("MASSADER or Employer), a company registered in the State of Palestine, intends to develop distributed rooftop solar PV systems on the public schools in Palestine. Those solar PV systems will be used to cover the consumption of the public schools while the balance of electricity will be sold to the Electricity Distribution Companies supplying the schools on which those systems will be built.
As part of its development activities to this project, Massader will be performing comprehensive structural assessment of the rooftops for those schools mentioned. The present TOR defines Service Conditions for preparation of Structural Evaluation Report on each school roof slab to clearly explore its existing condition and the structural integrity to continue serving in safe and durable conditions after the installation of the designated structural bearing system.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

NOTES
Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.
Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.
