Tender Overview
Tenders are invited by Powerlink Queensland to undertake a trial for the removal of paints from six (6) transmission structures that are known to have paints that contain asbestos materials. Subject to the success of the trial the Scope of Works may be expanded to include additional works for the removal of paints containing asbestos on up to 55 towers located across the state.
The works must be undertaken by a Licensed Class A asbestos removal contractor as the paints to be removed have been assumed as friable.
