Description: The GRN Clinic Sinsheim with 235 beds is a house for basic and standard care. It has a renovated and expanded bed house with 200 beds. The range of medical services includes the departments of internal medicine, general and visceral surgery, orthopedics and trauma surgery, neurology as well as anesthesia and intensive care medicine as well as an ENT department.
The aim of the construction project is to expand or build the following functional areas:

- central operating room with 6 operating rooms and recovery room;

- intensive care unit (approx. 12 beds) and IMC (4-6 beds);

- Maternity area with 4 delivery rooms;

- Central sterilization and, if necessary, central pharmacy.

And the subsequent renovation of buildings A and D.

On the basis of the preliminary test carried out by the client, it must be assessed whether the expansion of the existing parts of the building is possible from a constructional point of view and economic concerns or whether a new construction solution makes more sense.
