Tender Details
Tenders are invited for Architectural and Structural Works.
Lube 304™ is a fast growing pre-IPO downstream project launched by MNO Partners Ltd, a N400M company (basis FY 2020 turnover) targeting approx. N200B turnover and N150B in post-tax earnings by FY 2023. The company is also involved in the trading of petrochemical products and agricultural produce.
Through this tender, we-re hereby openly inviting quotations for architectural and structural works preceded by designing of a carbon-neutral and blast resistant modular shed with central HVAC system on our lube blending plant (factory) under construction along the Benin-Lagos expressway. Facility is intended for converting imported base oils into finished lubricants for automotive and general industrial use. Shed shall therefore be attached to 3- storey building housing 12 offices (1 large office, 7 smaller offices, 4 larger shared spaces), a reception area, a conference room, a dining, 1 male and 1 female public restrooms. Shed shall hold 10x 60, 000 Litres horizontal underground storage tanks (USTs) for finished lubricants and this area is required to be accessible to unloading trucks and comprise of visible piping to be connected to outdoor storage deck comprising 4x vertical base oils storage tanks (500 tons capacity each).
Site total area is 7, 422.863 sqm, of which 55m x 80m (4, 400 sqm) is designated for modular shed as described. Entire work is planned to meet international green design standards, i.e. the facility shall have a direct air capture technology to be installed by leading climate scientists. Every segment, down to the 100kva generator powering the facility, shall meet our net zero sustainability goal being that Co2 emissions from every installation will be permanently captured into a modular carbon dioxide removal system with minimal land- usage footprint already sourced separately.
Horizontal USTs- placements must be in line with guidelines provided by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR). The minimum distances shall be as follows:
(i) Between the perimeter of the tank and the outer boundary of the installation, it shall be at least 6.096m (20ft).
(ii) Between two adjacent tanks, it shall be at least 0.9144m (3ft).
(iii) Between perimeter of tank and sidings on which working locomotive pass it shall be at least 15.24m (50 ft)
This is going to be a collaborative exercise unifying designs from modular shed installation team (civil/lead design team), blending plant and tank farm installation team, Co2 capturing plant installation team, electrical and structural engineering team, and EPC firm.
Calling on potential bidders to formally register their interest in writing via e-mail. For timely consideration, please ensure to attach a corporate profile to your memo.
