Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) requires the services of registered professionals to facilitate the development of an apartment complex which is to comprise 234 housing units for the Ruthven Road Housing Development, at 1-3 Ruthven Road, Kingston 10.

LOCATION
The property is located at 1-3 Ruthven Road, Kingston.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The architectural and engineering firm will be required to:
„X Review preliminary architectural designs.
„X Preparation of the engineering and infrastructure designs.
„X Obtain approvals from the relevant agencies for all related designs.
„X Facilitate the tender process for the procurement of construction contractor(s) and prepare the Tender Evaluation Report.
„X Administer the construction contract(s).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Consultants must provide:
„X Evidence of tax compliance
„X Evidence that the Lead Architect is registered with the Architects Registration Board of Jamaica.
