Description: Framework mono-award agreement to purchase orders passed in adapted procedure in application of articles L. 1111-1, L. 2113-1, L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1-3º, L. 2125- 1, R. 2162-1 to 6, R. 2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code and appendix 3 of the public procurement code relating to public procurement contracts having as their object social services and other specific services.

The purpose of the consultation is to designate facilitators for the implementation of inclusion clauses on work operations with an estimate greater than 1, 000, 000 EUR of work net of taxes. The facilitators' intervention will take place in three distinct areas:

1) prior to the signing of the contract;

2) technical support from bidding or incumbent companies in the implementation of social contract clauses;

3) downstream of the conclusion of the contract.
