Expression of Interest are invited for Antananarivo Priority Negotiating and Sanitation Project - Phase III Monitoring Mission and Monitoring Phase 2.

1. The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has received funding from the French Development Agency (AFD), from European Union funds delegated to AFD, and intends to use part of the to make payments under the DAQP III Phase 2 Project Control and Supervision Mission.

2. The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Housing and Public Works (MAHTP) has delegated to the Agency for Execution of Works of Public Interest and Development (AGETIPA) the project management for the realization of project activities. AGETIPA invites eligible candidates to express their interest in providing their services for the mission described above.
