Short description : The Cultural Council wishes consultancy to carry out an analysis of land use, office environment and design of the Cultural Council's office in Oslo, in relation to the needs we see today and beyond. The analysis will be conducted in November 2018. In the solution proposal, it is further desirable to describe oneinherent phases / processes, which will be options, after the analysis has been completed and handed over to the principal. This may be implementation and follow-up, but not limited to, this terminology and / or these phases.
