All quotes/responses must be submitted no later than 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, 11 November 2022.

Solicitation N00421-23-Q-0019 is issued as a brand name. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Anaconda Software as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part12 and FAR Part 13. BRAND NAME ONLY.

This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror-s initial offer should represent the vendor-s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. If you are quoting you MUST be an authorized distributor. Items must be covered under the Manufacturer-s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.
