metro vancouver, through the greater vancouver sewerage and drainage district (the "corporation"), invites responses to this request for qualifications (the "rfq") for consulting services to complete a business case for metro vancouver`s alternative fuel and recyclables recovery project. More specifically, the intent of this rfq is to shortlist up to three (3) respondents to participate in the request for proposal (the "rfp").

scope: the provision of consulting services to complete a detailed business case including a concept plan and procurement model for a facility that will primarily process small vehicle waste in order to extract recyclables and create an engineered fuel product.
