Request for proposals are invited for Alternative Financing Consultancy.

In 2019, DRC launched the Programme Innovation and Business Engagement initiative which aims at identifying innovative solutions to protracted displacement through challenging teams to find new ways of supporting the most affected populations. This initiative has in part a focus on innovative or alternative financing for displaced populations, i.e. ‘move from grant-making toward employing a wider range of financial tools and scaling up investment in poor countries- aiming at both financial and social return. Part of this initiative is the supply of an Alternative Financing Consultancy. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of the service(s) listed on the attached Terms of References (Annex F) and DRC Bid Form (Annex A).
