Prequalifications are invited for Air Ticketing

Minimum requirements and legal documents required for
participation in the prequalifi cation exercise.
I. Physical address of supplier
II. Company Bankers
III. Copy of the company registration and incorporation
certifi cate
IV. Copy of valid trading license
V. URA TIN number
VI. Copy of VAT registration certifi cate
VII. Copy of valid income tax registration certifi cate
VIII. URA Current tax clearance certifi cate
IX. Experience in terms of years carrying out similar business
X. At least three reputable client referees
XI. Payment of a nonrefundable fee
XII. Evidence of evidence for the past six months from the date
of participation in the bidding exercises.
Interested eligible bidders send their bide documents to DENIVA
offi ces at the address given below from 10:00am to 4:00pm
Local time. There shall be none refundable fee of UGX. 50, 000=
upon submitting the bid documents.
