various shipping locations within the anglophone west school district

estimated quantity contract for air filters for various schools in the anglophone

west school district.

to be delivered as and when required for the period indicated at the request of

the department. quantities or dollar values stated are an estimate made in good

faith and may vary considerably. the province of n.b. reserves the right to

purchase more or lesser amounts depending on requirements.

the contract period will be from september 1, 2018 to august 31, 2019 with one

mutually agreeable option year.

*** air filters are changed out approximately 3-4 times a year as required.

requirement of filters along with type needed is subject to change.

** suppliers must submit a bid based on individual unit pricing for various filters

(see attached bid spreadsheet)

* all prices must include freight to the various school locations. (fob destination)

* vendor must supply filters as and when required, not as one large order. vendor

will invoice the district for each individual order requested by the facilities

department.

* orders will vary depending on when they need to be changed within each of the

various schools, and are to be shipped directly to the individual schools.

* anglophone west school district reserves the right to add similar and related

items throughout the contract period.

bidding instructions:

1. suppliers must submitted a completed bid spreadsheet. please note: there are

3 sheets on the spreadsheet

2. suppliers are requested to sign the invitation to tender form and complete the

expected lead time for deliveries in the "delivery promised" section below.

3. suppliers are requested to include in their submission any specification, data

sheets, and/or report details as requested in the tender document.
