public works and government services canada (pwgsc) on behalf of the department of national defense (dnd) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and training 3 canadian division support base (3 cdsb) logistical support company, transport platoon (log sp coy tn pl) has the responsibility of maintaining a fireguard around and within the training area in wainwright, alberta. dnd uses a tow-behind, agricultural discer (2 units, 1 left hand and 1 right hand, with spreader bar) to roll the soil over and expose the soil. each outer fireguard is 100 feet wide, while the inner fireguards are 50 feet in width. the discer will be towed by a john deere 9470rt or cat challenger mt855b agricultural tractor with hydraulic connections. the complete requirement details can be found fully described in the requirement. this procurement contains mandatory requirements. failure to comply will result in rejection of your bid.
