Organizational ContextUN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowermentof women;and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.The Liberia Country Office has prepared and get approved its Strategic Note for the period 2020-2024. Its implementation will require recruitment of additional human resources and a sound management ofthe officestaff strength.Under the technical guidance of the Regional HR Business Partner and the daily supervision of the Operations Manager, the Administrative Associate is responsible for administratively and logistically supporting the recruitment and placement, administration of benefits and entitlements of staff and local external contractors, other HR administration issues and separation of personnel.
