Description of the extensions:
The deadline for the completion of works can be extended in the cases listed in Article 42 of the special building blocks. The contractor is obliged to submit a written request for an extension of the time limit to the contracting authority together with measures to eliminate delays as soon asknows the reason for the extension, otherwise the extension of the deadline can no longer be requested. For any extension of the deadline, the parties agree in writing with an annex to this contract.
