Tenders are invited for Acquisitions of Equipment and Tools for the Benefit of a Radio and a Mini-Server Tower for the Benefit of the Town Hall.

The acquisitions are broken down into two (02) lots divided as follows:
Lot1: Acquisitions of equipment and tools for the benefit of a radio
Lot 2: Acquisition of a mini-server tower for the benefit of the town hall.

Any Eligible Candidate, who is interested in this notice, must withdraw a complete set of the prize application file from the Office of the Person in charge of contracts located at the Town Hall of Gon-Boussougou and against payment of a non refundable amount of Twenty Thousand ( 20, 000) CFA per lot at the perception of Gon-Boussougou in GonBoussougou. In the event of mailing or other mode of mail, the Person responsible for the contracts can not be responsible for the non receipt of the file of request for price by the Candidate.

Offers submitted in one (01) original and two (02) copies, in accordance with the particular data of the price request, and accompanied by a bid security of seven hundred thousand (700, 000) CFA francs for the lot 1 and sixty thousand (60, 000) CFA for lot 2 must be received or delivered to the address of the Person responsible for contracts, before Friday, October 25, 2019 at 9:00 am minute.
