Acquisition of vehicles for the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene (MSHP) and the Directorate of Hospital Medicine (DMH) F 227/2018

1. The Coordination Unit for C2D Health Projects (UCP C2D Santé) obtained funds under the Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D) between France and Côte d'Ivoire, to finance the Health System Strengthening Program 1 (PRSS 1); and to use part of these funds to make procurement payments for the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene (MSHP) and the Directorate of Hospital Medicine (DMH).
2. UCP C2D Santé solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the supply of vehicles for the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene (MSHP) and the Directorate of Medicine Hospital (DMH).
This open invitation to tender consists of three (03) lots:

3. The award of the contract shall be conducted by Open Call for Tenders (AOO) as defined in the Code des Marches Publics in Article 56, and open to all eligible Applicants.

8. Bids must be accompanied by a provisional bond issued by a bank, a financial institution or a third party approved by the Minister of Finance, in the amount of:

9.
