Description : INVITATION for NEGOTIATION
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipal Government of Kabayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Acquisition of Sound System Equipment and Musical Instruments for MLGU Use in accordance with section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC-Secretariat at the Municipal Budget Office from April 4-10, 2024, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
