Acquisition of Six (6) Units Fabricated Portable Tents.
1. The MDRRMO thru unspent MDRR Funds of 2019 has allocated a fund amounting Php 360, 000.00 for the ACQUISITION OF SIX (6) UNITS FABRICATED PORTABLE TENTS.
2 . The LGU Veruela now invites bids for ACQUISITION OF SIX (6) UNITS FABRICATED PORTABLE TENTS..
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act.-
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Php 1, 000.00 (One Thousand Pesos and 00/00 Centavos only) for the Package. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the bidder or his authorized representative starting on March 9, 2020.
6. Eligible Bidders must submit their Bids at the address below on or before 10:00 A.M March 23, 2020, All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form of cash, certified (manager-s or cashier-s) check, bank guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration and in an amount specified in the bid documents. Late Bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall be on 10:00 A.M, March 23, 2020. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00 A.M, March 23, 2020.
7. The Municipality of Veruela reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to issuance of PO, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
