Tenders are invited for Acquisition of School Supply Kits for Girls in the 50 Low-Tbs Sub-Prefectures

The qualification requirements are:
ü Financial capacity:
The Applicant must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements:
- Financial statements: provide financial statements for the last three (03) fiscal years (2019-2020 -2021), certified by a chartered accountant firm or approved auditor in the candidate's country.
- Financial capacity and line of credit: Provide a certificate of financial capacity issued by a reputable bank, demonstrating the solvency of the candidate to pre-finance the contract up to 211, 000, 000 GNF for lot 1 and 179, 000, 000 GNF for lot 2 (line of credit or promise of credit facility).
- Turnover: provide an average turnover over the last three years at least equal to the amount of its offer per lot
ü Technical capacity and experience:
