Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Safety Equipment Kits for the Beninoise Electric Power Company.

1. The Beninese Electric Power Company (SBEE) has planned, as part of the implementation of its budget 2018 budget funds autonomous, to finance the acquisition of certain equipment, materials and supplies and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments to the Procurement contracts for safety equipment kits to be concluded following a procurement procedure.
2. SBEE solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the provision of security equipment kits in six lots:
- Lot 1: Supply of PPE equipment and training of actors on the use of such equipment;
- Lot 2: Supply of tooling equipment to electricians assemblers and training of actors on the use of such equipment;
- Lot 3: Provision of electronic network management equipment and training of actors on the use of such equipment;
- Lot 4: Provision of technological innovation equipment and training of actors on the use of such equipment;
- Lot 5: Supply of network equipment equipment and training of actors on the use of such equipment.
- Lot 6: Supply of grounded equipment equipment and training of actors on the use of such equipment.

4- The participation in this open call for tenders as defined in the law n ° 2017-04 of 19 October 2017 on the code of public contracts in the Republic of Benin concerns all the eligible candidates, fulfilling the conditions defined in this Dossier d 'Open invitation to tender and which are not affected by the provisions of Articles 72 and 142 of the said Code.

6- The qualification requirements are:
Technical capacity and experience

- The Respondent must prove, with supporting documentation, that it meets the following experience requirements: Having performed as a primary supplier at least three (03) contracts for supplies of kits and security equipment of which necessarily one of at least one hundred million (100, 000, 000) and that it has experts capable of training actors in an energy distribution company in Benin or in the subregion or in a country with same climatic conditions as Benin in the last three years (2015, 2016 and 2017).
- The Applicant must prove that he has a team of experts to train the agents. This team of experts will consist of:
§ 1 QSE Management Expert, specialist in the regulation of hygiene, safety and health at work. The expert must have at least ten (10) years experience in an energy distribution company; he must have experience in training on regulation, safety and health at work.
