Tenders are invited for Relating to the Acquisition of Round Floating Cages.

Consistency of services
The service subject of this Invitation to Tender concerns the supply of eight (08) round floating cages, high load intensity, flexible, corrosion and storm resistant and having a lifespan of at least 15 years for fish farming (tilapia) in fresh water.
Each cage is summarily composed as follows:
a) a floating structure made:
circular floating pipes made of HDPE 100 plastic with a diameter of 200 mm;
circular pipes for handrail (safety) made of HDPE plastic, 90 mm in diameter;
circular support pipes made of HDPE plastic, 90 mm in diameter;
HDPE plastic circular pipes for the 40 mm diameter platform;
HDPE non-slip plastic walkways for movement having an arc shape of dimension 435 x 415 mm;
b) a rearing system composed of:
d a rearing net of 210d / 9, 2 multi-filament nylon fry, 2 "ME 6 + 1 m deep;
d a multi-filament nylon juvenile netting 210d / 9, 4 "ME 6 + 1 m deep;
a 210d / 9 multi-filament nylon anti-predator protection net, 10 x 10 m and 3 "ME; and
c) a wetting device composed of:
concrete block anchors of 3 tonnes, fitted with a hooking device for fixing in the environment;
ropes 30 mm in diameter;
28 mm diameter ropes;
ropes 18 mm in diameter;
