Tenders are invited for ACQUISITION OF 7, 192 RECHARGEABLE LAMPS ON BEHALF OF SANRU ASBL.

1. THE GOVERNMENT OF DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC DUCONGO (DRC) has received funding from the Global Fund under the New Funding Model (NMF2). SANRU ASBL has been designated as Principal Recipient (PR) for the implementation of a part of the activities of fight against malaria through, in particular: • The supply of health structures in Long-Lasting Insecticide-treated Nets; • Supply of health facilities with anti-malaria drugs; • Acquisition of various non-medical products (rolling stock, computers, etc.). 2. In accordance with the DRC proposal accepted and financed by the Global Fund under number: 628 and the name: COD-M-SANRU proposes to use part of the amount of this financing to make the authorized payments under the contract for the purchase of rechargeable lamps. 3. By this tender notice, SANRU therefore invites interested candidates to submit sealed sealed bids for the supply of said lamps. This contract is single-lot. 4. The complete bidding documents in French can be purchased by interested bidders upon written request to the address below against payment of a non-refundable amount of one hundred (100) US dollars. The Qualification Criteria are: a) Financial Capability The Bidder must provide written evidence of: - Own Cash Flow by presenting certifications from banks proving that it will be able to obtain Credit Facilities net of the Contract Amount; - Achievement successfully, at least three (3) contracts of the same type and similar amount during the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017) of an amount equal to or greater than the amount of the bid (attach the contract and the signed minutes of acceptance) by ad hoc committees). SANRU asbl will verify the correct execution of these markets. Any proven misrepresentation will result in the cancellation of the submission. b) Administrative, Technical and Experience Capacity The Bidder must provide supporting written evidence: - That the supplies it offers are substantially in accordance with the technical specifications of this tender dossier (attach the prospectuses and or catalogs of proposed materials); - the legal existence of the company. For companies located in DR Congo, it will be at least National Identification, Trade Register and "RCCM", and the certificate of tax clearance valid. A margin of preference applicable to certain locally manufactured supplies will not be granted to eligible bidders. 6.
