Acquisition of Pumps for Wastewater from Pumping Stations

The tender program, the specifications and other complementary documents can be examined at the Municipal Buildings Department of the Institute for Municipal Affairs, located at Av. Da Praia Grande, Nam Tung Commercial Building, 18th floor - Macau, during office hours, from the day of publication of the notice to the day and time of the public act of the contest. Copies of the tender dossier may be requested at the price of one hundred patacas ($ 100.00) per copy, until 5 pm on March 30, 2020, pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 10 of Decree -Law No. 63/85 / M.



The deadline for submission of proposals ends at 5:00 pm on April 15, 2020. Bidders or their representatives must deliver the proposals and documents to the IAM Office and File Center and provide a provisional deposit of one hundred thousand patacas ($ 100, 000.00). The provisional deposit can be made at the Treasury of the Financial Affairs Division of IAM, located at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, no. 163, r / c, by cash deposit or bank guarantee.

The public opening of the proposals will take place at the IAM Training and Documentation Division, located at Avenida da Praia Grande, no. 804, China Plaza Building, 6th floor, at 10.00 am on the 16th April 2020. Bidders or their representatives must be present at the public bidding process for the purposes provided for in article 27 of Decree-Law no. 63/85 / M, and to clarify any doubts related to the documents presented in the competition.

Competitors must appear at the IAM Municipal Buildings Department, located at Av. Da Praia Grande, Nam Tung Commercial Building, 18th floor - Macau, from March 30, 2020 inclusive, and until the deadline for submission of proposals, to take note of any additional clarifications.
