The financing of this project will be carried out within the framework of the sanitation program contributing to the depollution of the Mediterranean "DEPOLMED" with the financial contribution of the European Union.

Tenderers wishing to participate in the invitation to tender may submit their offers online via TUNEPS or offline.
1- Submission via TUNEPS:
Companies registered on the online public purchasing system "TUNEPS" wishing to participate individually and or grouped in this call for tenders can download the specifications free of charge through the website " www.tuneps.tn "
Technical and financial offers must be submitted to, through the online public purchasing system "TUNEPS" on the website " www.tuneps.tn " in accordance with the procedure guides established by the High Public Authority and approved on August 31, 2018.
Only the original of the provisional deposit and of the extract from the commercial register must be placed in a closed envelope called "supplement to the offer", while indicating the business name of the tenderer and marked "complement to the offer submitted by TUNEPS, call for tenders according to simplified procedures N ° S01 / 2020- relating to the acquisition of portable industrial measurement and control equipment, not to be opened ”and to be sent by registered post or by fast post or delivered directly to the Central Order Office of ONAS against an acknowledgment of receipt, on behalf of the President and CEO of the National Sanitation Office, located at 32 Hedi nouira 1001 Tunis République, at the deadline for submission of offers.
