Description of Purchase: Kerava City owns a 265-9-344-21 office space of about 2.6 hectare space in Kerca's workplace, which requires mining under the town plan. Ko. south of the site there is an office space that has been sold to Tervahauta Oy. Tervahauta Oy has announced that it is planning to start construction work on its site during the first part of 2019. Since plot 344-21 is not yet a buyer, it is absolutely necessary for the city to get started wellin a timely manner so that the mining does not interfere with or damage the construction of a plot owned by Tervahauta Oy or future buildings.

Reasons for direct purchasing under the Public Procurement Act: Acquisition of the 40th Section of the Procurement Code with a fast timetable is strictly necessary because the owner of the adjacent plot has announced that it will start construction work from the earlierby contrast, in the spring of 2019, and the rock can no longer be quarried since otherwise the neighbors' new buildings would be endangered.
