3. Procurement will be conducted by open call for tenders as defined in article 56 of the Public Procurement Code (CMP), and open to all eligible candidates.

5. The qualification requirements are: The tenderer must have the references and the legal, human, technical and financial capacities necessary to carry out activities similar to that which is the subject of the contract, as indicated in the BDSR (See the Call for Tenders document for detailed information).
6. Interested candidates can read the Tender Documents or withdraw the electronic version free of charge, PROVIDED WITH A NEW USB KEY, at the "procurement unit" of the C2D Education Training Project Coordination Unit, located at the address specified below, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

7.
