NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

ACQUISITION, INSTALLATION OF THE MS PROJECT SOFTWARE AND TRAINING OF USERS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
PP6-COM-OGEAP-10 BIS
1. The government of the United States of America through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the government of the Republic of Benin have concluded an Assistance Grant Agreement (the “Compact”) to promote economic development of Benin and thus reduce poverty in the country. This Donation Agreement amounts to US $ 375, 000, 000 (the “MCC Funding”). The government of Benin through the Millennium Challenge Account Benin II ("MCA-Benin II") intends to use part of the resources resulting from the MCC Funding to defray the costs associated with this procurement of related Goods and Services.

2. MCA-Bénin II hereby invites you to submit a quote for the acquisition, installation of the MS Project Software and user training for the benefit of the Beninese Agency for Rural Electrification and Energy Management (ABERME).

3. Participation in this quotation request is open to all eligible Suppliers who meet the conditions defined in the quotation request. Interested Suppliers must express their interest by sending an e-mail (with the subject of the request: "The acquisition, installation of MS Project Software and user training for the benefit of ABERME)" to the Agent de Procurement, at the address info: info-benin@charleskendall.com, specifying their full contact details.

4. Quotations must be delivered no later than 05 March 2020 at 10 a.m. precise to the following address:

Bidders` Quotes by electronic means are accepted, and must be submitted to the following address: info-benin@charleskendall.com within the above-mentioned deadline for submitting Quotes. The Quotation must be protected by a password. The Bidder will be contacted to communicate their password at the time of the opening of their Quotation. Tenderers must request an acknowledgment of receipt of the documents transmitted. Quotes submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
